A lot can change within a month, and that's exactly what seems to have happened in my December 2020. Groundwork challenge indeed! I guess every now and then a seismic life wobby comes along and you realise there's little you can do that to do the best you can and let those around you carry you while you are weak. So my focus hasn't left the 100km challenge it's just had to step to the side for a bit while together we put the simpler parts of my life back together again - having a good sleep, being safe, looking after those I love. Its been a bit of rough month. So refocused and keen to get this done - I've 38km left and 4 days to deliver, wish me luck!

Lockdown lifts - getting steppin’ for the environment I love.

Out of the most intense part of lockdown and no excuses left - green light for outdoor exercise and I couldn’t be happier to be walking through the lovely Eyre Peninsula bush and coast that surrounds my home.
