The Groundwork Challenge does not start until 16th November but since Kath has already sponsored me I feel guilty. ATM I am ecercises about three hours a week with walking for at least 30 minutes and all my physio exercises so I am donating $20/hour which is $60/wk for 5 weeks which is $300.
