Oh no! sprained my ankle with only 2 days to go!
Saturday 14th Nov Unbelievable! Running down a rough slope on a trail run in Canberra this morning I twisted my ankle. Argghh! I have never done this before. So annoying! Now it's in a bucket of ice, waiting to get home to my physio to check it out. Looks like riding will be what I do not running, to get my km's for the Groundwork Challenge!
